Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Lead internal and external audit coordination, ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on technical accounting matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Proven track record of managing month-end/quarter-end closing cycles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial insights to stakeholders
