Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with precise attention to detail
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and balance sheet accounts
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures with minimal supervision
- Develop and implement efficient accounting workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations and compliance reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle accounting processes and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify discrepancies and implement solutions
