- Oversee full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Prepare and review tax documents, budgets, and variance reports
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public company exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven track record of managing month-end closes and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
