Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for diverse industry clients
- Lead internal control audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Implement process improvements using accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Mentor junior accountants and oversee team workflow optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Expertise in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

- Ohio CPA license or actively pursuing certification
