Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy and operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate financial records using Oracle ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Oracle/QuickBooks)
- Deep understanding of tax compliance and regulatory reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder collaboration
- Proven experience managing accounting teams or projects
