Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage complex reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and intercompany transactions
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Lead audits and prepare documentation for external auditors and regulatory agencies
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements across financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven experience managing audits and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial insights to stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with zero tolerance for errors in financial reporting
