Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop complex financial models and scenarios to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and produce monthly/quarterly forecasts for the management team.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed variance analysis reports comparing actuals against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and trends.
- Cost Control: Analyze operating expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial reporting workflows and implement best practices for data integrity.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting complies with GAAP and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or financial reporting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Analytical Ability: Strong ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
