Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 diverse clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct reconciliations for bank, credit, and investment accounts
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
- Lead tax preparation and planning initiatives
- Mentor junior accountants on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel advanced functions
- Proven track record in multi-client accounting management
- Strong understanding of CA tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
