Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Oversee general ledger maintenance and reconciliation activities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Collaborate with auditors during external reviews and ensure regulatory compliance
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting standards
