Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements for diverse clientele
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and state tax requirements
- Lead audit preparations and liaise with external auditors
- Implement process improvements using advanced accounting software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven track record in month-end closing and financial reporting
- Deep understanding of Nevada tax regulations and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for client/stakeholder interactions
