Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for corporate and individual clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Conduct tax preparation and compliance for S-Corporations and partnerships
- Implement internal controls and process improvements using QuickBooks Online
- Lead audit coordination with external CPA firms
- Mentor junior accounting staff on GAAP compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of California tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
