- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely payments
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Support annual audits and tax compliance requirements
- Develop financial models and forecasts for business planning
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven expertise in GAAP compliance and SOX regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Tax preparation and audit support background
