Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and financial product recommendations
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with 100% accuracy
- Identify and refer cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Assist customers with account inquiries, problem resolution, and digital banking support

Qualifications
