- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build relationships by identifying customer needs and offering personalized banking solutions
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily reconciliation procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking tools
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud regulations
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet team targets
Qualifications
