Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers with 100% accuracy
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding account balances, fraud prevention, and digital banking
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions with zero discrepancies
- Maintain strict compliance with BSA/AML regulations and security protocols
- Train junior tellers on new procedures and system updates
- Contribute to branch performance goals through customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in financial services
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Proven ability to maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction ratings
- Expert knowledge of Reg CC, EFTA, and Truth in Lending Act
- Ability to work flexible shifts including Saturdays
- Associates degree in Finance or Business required
- Valid California Notary Public Commission (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
