Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial advice and product recommendations to clients
- Resolve account inquiries and maintain strict confidentiality of customer data
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions according to bank policies
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling or customer service role
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- FBI background check and financial compliance certification required
