Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by resolving account inquiries and promoting bank products
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with precision
- Assist customers with digital banking tools and self-service kiosks
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve sales and service goals
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking solutions to customers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Nevada gaming license (if applicable to branch location)
