Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external audit processes with third-party firms
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain robust financial controls and documentation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record of managing month-end closes and financial reporting cycles
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax compliance, and internal controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex financial data clearly
