Responsibilities
- Manage complex month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead internal audits and financial control implementations
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger operations
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and tax requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA required)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/corporate sector
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel modeling
- Demonstrated experience with multi-currency transactions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing accounting teams preferred
