Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Coordinate external audits and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Lead process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting and analysis projects
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial data to stakeholders
