- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes for diverse client portfolios

- Mentor junior accountants and supervise financial reporting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience in Illinois
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Deep knowledge of Illinois tax regulations and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Experience with audit procedures and financial controls
