Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for corporate clients
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial systems
- Develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial accuracy
- Provide strategic tax planning advice to business clients
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
