Responsibilities
- Manage complex financial statements and ensure compliance with UK GAAP and HMRC regulations
- Lead month-end closing processes and variance analysis for 15+ client portfolios
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Prepare and present detailed management reports to senior stakeholders
- Oversee audit coordination and tax compliance documentation
- Mentor junior accountants and optimize accounting workflows
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience
- Advanced proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel with VBA skills
- Proven track record in financial reporting and tax compliance
- Experience managing multi-currency transactions and international clients
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
