Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external audit activities
- Develop financial models and forecasts for strategic decision-making
- Maintain accurate general ledger and subsidiary accounts
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management
- Implement process improvements for accounting operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience with month-end closing and reconciliations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
