Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes
- Conduct reconciliations for bank and general ledger accounts
- Assist with annual audits and tax compliance
- Develop financial models and variance analysis reports
- Maintain internal controls documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- CPA certification preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and analytical skills
