Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Manage the general ledger, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documents and support external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and MS Excel (Advanced).
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, cost accounting, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
