Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with adherence to GAAP standards
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with SEC regulations
- Develop financial forecasting models and variance analysis reports
- Maintain accurate general ledger systems and subsidiary accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (PivotTables/VBA)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience managing month-end closing processes
