Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations ensuring timely processing and compliance
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and maintain detailed financial statements for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial reviews and compliance checks
- Implement and optimize accounting systems and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting practices
