- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting efficiency
- Conduct audits and reconcile complex financial discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with SOX compliance and audits
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup environments
