Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15-20 portfolio clients
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and intercompany transactions
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with tax team on quarterly filings and planning
- Advise clients on GAAP compliance and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and client relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail with 0% error tolerance
