Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Manage complex account reconciliations for multi-entity operations
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate risk
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with SOX compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
