- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes with GAAP compliance
- Manage complex reconciliations for multi-entity operations
- Lead financial statement preparation and variance analysis
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial systems

- Mentor junior accounting staff through process improvements
- Optimize accounting workflows using NetSuite and QuickBooks
Qualifications
