Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure adherence to federal/state compliance requirements
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for financial operations
- Develop/implement compliance policies and procedures
- Train staff on regulatory updates and best practices
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations
- Prepare regulatory reports and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with legal and audit teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years compliance/regulatory experience
- Strong knowledge of FINRA/SEC regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional certifications (CRCM, CAMS) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in compliance software
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
