Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee the monthly and annual financial close procedures, ensuring strict compliance with GAAP standards.
- Prepare complex financial statements and variance analysis reports for executive leadership.
- Assist in the coordination of annual external audits and tax filings.
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial systems on a monthly basis.
- Provide financial forecasting and budgeting support to department managers.
- Maintain and update the general ledger and fixed asset schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in general accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Sage) and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
