Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Develop financial models and forecasts for departmental planning
- Collaborate with audit teams during annual external reviews
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow analysis
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting efficiency
- Support budgeting and variance analysis initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VBA skills a plus)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Strong internal controls and SOX compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of process optimization in finance departments
