- Manage month-end close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow management
- Prepare complex financial statements and compliance documentation
- Lead audit coordination with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Implement process improvements using financial systems (NetSuite, SAP)
- Analyze financial trends and provide strategic insights to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in tech or fintech
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and multi-state tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with process automation and ERP systems
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environments
