Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements and reports in strict accordance with GAAP.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with high accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the budgeting process and provide financial forecasting to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; CPA certification is a strong plus.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle accounting or finance.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Deep understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
