Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting for 15+ client portfolios
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Analyze variance reports and recommend strategic cost-saving initiatives
- Maintain accurate general ledger reconciliations across all accounts
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles with 99.7% accuracy rate
- Prepare tax documentation and support quarterly tax filings
- Mentor junior accountants using our structured training framework
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record of improving financial reporting processes
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
- Experience managing cross-functional financial projects
