Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for digital campaigns, webinars, and social media.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and copywriters to align visual style with brand messaging.
- Manage the entire animation pipeline, from storyboarding and concept art to final rendering.
- Maintain and evolve the company's visual style guide and asset library.
- Optimize animations for various platforms, ensuring performance and responsiveness.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Cinema 4D.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and technical capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, and animation principles.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and iterate rapidly.
