Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-fidelity 2D illustrations, icons, and UI assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual design system that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver polished user interfaces and marketing materials.
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and optimize visual hierarchy.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative creative environment.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our work remains innovative and relevant.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on 2D illustration and UI design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 2D design projects, including both digital and print work.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
