Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality 2D vector illustrations and motion graphics assets.
- Lead the visual direction for key client projects, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, 3D artists, and developers.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within strict deadlines.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies in motion design.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 2D motion design and illustration.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing a range of commercial projects.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile, fast-paced agency environment.
