Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across 50+ states
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Prepare year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099) and regulatory filings
- Implement payroll system upgrades and process improvements
- Train HR team on payroll policies and procedures
- Collaborate with finance on budget forecasting and labor cost analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and state labor regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Proven ability to manage confidential data with 100% compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with audit experience
- Remote work experience with self-management capabilities
