Responsibilities
- Process and verify multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings across all 50 states
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies within SLA
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding processes for payroll compliance
- Generate payroll reports and analytics for leadership review
- Implement and optimize payroll system upgrades and process improvements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with FLSA and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP or comparable payroll software
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of federal/state wage and tax laws
- Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Remote work experience and self-motivated work ethic
