Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across 5 states
- Conduct quarterly reconciliations and year-end processing (1099/W-2)
- Respond to payroll inquiries with 24-hour SLA resolution
- Collaborate with HR on benefit deductions and new hire onboarding
- Implement process improvements using data analytics
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience (multi-state preferred)
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- FPC certification through APA or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Experience with garnishment processing and tax filings
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
