Responsibilities
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and corporations
- Conduct in-depth tax research and compliance analysis utilizing Thomson Reuters and CCH platforms
- Develop strategic tax planning frameworks to optimize client financial outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A transactions and international tax structures
- Maintain meticulous documentation and audit trail preparation for IRS examinations
- Mentor junior associates on emerging tax regulations and software applications
- Present complex tax strategies to clients through virtual and in-person consultations
Qualifications
- CPA license or active pursuit with 3+ years of tax preparation experience
- Advanced proficiency in tax software (UltraTax, ProSystem fx, or Lacerte)
- Demonstrated expertise in S-Corporation, Partnership, and Trust taxation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial reporting
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and international tax treaties
- Exceptional communication skills for client relationship management

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
