Responsibilities
- Process and distribute payroll for 200+ employees across multiple states using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and year-end reconciliations with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with HR departments on benefits administration and new hire onboarding
- Develop and maintain payroll documentation, policies, and process improvements
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Provide exceptional payroll support to internal teams and external clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance expertise
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or equivalent HRIS platforms
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, ACA, and state-specific payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in payroll reporting and analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex payroll matters
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to meet critical deadlines
