Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes (e.g., FINRA, SEC, HIPAA) affecting financial services
- Develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits across digital operations
- Train staff on compliance protocols and ethical guidelines
- Manage regulatory reporting and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with legal and audit teams on compliance initiatives
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services or fintech
- Certification (e.g., CRCM, CAMS, CCEP) strongly preferred
- Proficiency with compliance software (e.g., Diligence, OneTrust)
- Expert knowledge of federal and state regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Remote work experience with self-management capabilities
