- Process high-volume AP transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly/annual compliance reviews
- Lead month-end closing activities for accounts payable
- Mentor junior AP staff on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of AP experience in corporate finance
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP/Oracle AP module certification preferred
- Proven track record of process optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
