Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments)
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Adhere to banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist with ATM operations and night deposits
- Train junior tellers on banking procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fraud prevention knowledge and compliance mindset
