Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual customer service through secure digital channels
- Process transactions accurately including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries via remote chat and phone support
- Actively promote bank products and services to drive growth
- Collaborate with branch teams using hybrid communication tools
- Participate in virtual training and development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient with digital banking platforms and video conferencing
- Ability to work independently with remote oversight
- Valid KY driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work 3-4 days on-site at Louisville branch
- Pass background check and financial compliance screening
